Who are we?
ESP is a specialist division within The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd. ESP is staffed by experienced recruiters with over 20 years in the industry whose knowledge is combined with the practical experience of holding directorships in a variety of other businesses and industries.

Phil Harmsworth, a partner in The Work Shop, heads up ESP and is well known in the Ringwood and Bournemouth areas as well as within the recruitment industry as a whole.

What do ESP offer candidates?
Most people who have reached middle or senior management and who have looked to change employers will know it is much harder than they think. Most High Street recruitment agencies tend to deal in lower paid positions and work on volume placements rather than select higher paid positions. Also, they don't always have the time or experience to actively find prospective employers on your behalf.

ESP does have that time AND experience. We will listen carefully to what you are looking for, using our own Boardroom experience, and we will tell you candidly what we think your chances are of finding your ideal position. Once we have established your ambitions we will begin to work on your behalf.

What do we offer Employers?
Employers looking for senior staff, from middle managers to Board Directors, will also know how difficult it is to find them. We have all had less than favourable experiences when dealing with some of the larger High Street recruitment agencies who will take on the job vacancy with all good intentions but nothing happens. That is because they do not operate in that market place and cannot source the calibre of person that you are looking for. ESP can.

If you are looking for senior staff (typically £30,000 per annum or above) then talk to us.
