Paula has always been at the coal face when it comes to looking after clients whether that be companies looking for staff or candidates looking for work. She provides  The Work Shop with vital, professional reception work, looks after our online marketing and, wearing her resourcing hat, searches out and identifies the very best candidates from the many job boards we utilise.

Sian Buckler

Permanent and Temporary Consultant

Sian is quickly establishing herself as a key player in the local recruitment scene. She has been in recruitment for several years and learnt her trade the hard way. Having worked on both temporary and permanent desks, Sian is able to deal with all aspects of recruitment and she makes customer satisfaction her ultimate goal.

Anna Lane

Reception/Bookkeeper

Anna’s main strength is her attention to detail. Making sure all of the small components necessary for the smooth running of The Work Shop’s business is often undervalued but it is of course one of the most important aspects of a successful company. Anna provides the platform from which the rest of the team deliver excellent results.

Dominique Baptiste

Resourcer

Matching the right people to the right job is Dominique’s forte and she loves the satisfaction that comes from placing people in a job they enjoy. Unlike many Resourcers, Dominique places the emphasis on quality rather than quantity meaning that The Work Shop clients get a first class service with minimum disruption.
